KING HILL- Emma A. Timbers , 82, of King Hill, died Monday, September 16, 1985, in a Mountain Home hospital of natural causes.
Funeral services will be hels at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 20, at the United Presbyterian Church, King Hill, with Rev. Sandra Alden officiating. Burial will follow in Glenn Rest Cemetery, Glenns Ferry, under the direction of Humpherys Funeral Home, Mountain Home.
Mrs. Timbers, a retired motel and service station owner, was born October 22, 1902, at Willow Lake, South Dakota, a daughter of James C. and Ona Morton Ash. She attended schools in Garden City, South Dakota, and graduated from high school in Garden City. She attended South Dakota Teacher's College. She sold books on the East Coast for two years and later taught school in South Dakota for three years. She married Thomas Timbers on October 13, 1927, at Watertown, S.D. They came to Filer, Idaho, where they farmed untilNovember of 1947. They moved to King Hill where they owned and operated a motel and service station until they retired. Mr. Timbers died May 1, 1983
She was a member of King Hill Grange; Three Island Senior Citizens; and the United Presbyterian Church, King Hill.
Survivors include three daughters, Patricia Morrison of King Hill, Eileen Hitesman of Glenns Ferry, and Frances Nichols of Germantown, Tennessee; a brother Clair Ash of Redondo Beach, CA; a sister Frances Ash of Redondo Beach; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
Friends may call today from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Humpherys Funeral Chapel, Glenns Ferry.

She was married to Thomas Michael TIMBERS on 13 Oct 1927 in Watertown, South Dakota. Thomas Michael TIMBERS ⁽¹⁾⁽²⁾ was born on 21 Jun 1899 in Menomonie, Wisconsin. He died on 1 May 1983 in Glenns Ferry, Idaho, Elmore, Co.. Emma Lorinda ASH and Thomas Michael TIMBERS had the following children:
