71. Charles Otto STOPPEL was born on 14 Apr 1933. He was baptized on 7 May 1933. He has reference number 1.1.5.5.1. On February 12, 1953, Charles left for Fort Snelling, then to Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, and on to Amarillo for 17 weeks of school. On September 1, Charles was home on leave and had to report to Parks Air Force Base in California. He went to Korea on October 1.

In May, Ralph and Rose went to Lake Charles, Louisiana, to see Russell and meet Jane Wilhite. Then they went to Lincoln, Nebraska, to see Charles and meet Kay Adams and her family.
On February 12, 1957, Charles was discharged from the Air Force. On March 4, Charles started to work at Gopher Aviation. On March 14, Ralph bought a tractor from Doctor Baker for $440.
On June 14, 1957, Charles and Kay Margaret Adams (born August 21, 1938) were married in Lincoln, Nebraska.

He was married to Kay Margaret ADAMS (daughter of Edward ADAMS) on 14 Jun 1957 in Lincoln, NE. Kay Margaret ADAMS was born on 21 Aug 1938. Charles Otto STOPPEL and Kay Margaret ADAMS had the following children:
