99. Clarence (Stoppel) IVERSON was born on 4 Oct 1941 in St. Paul, Ramsey, MN. He died in Oct 1969 in Council Bluffs, IA. Died in a car - train accident, married with one son. He has reference number 1.1.4.1.1.5. He had Social Security Number 473-48-8183. Clarence's early years were in St. Paul with other family members. He along with his brothers and sisters were placed in the care of the Lutheran Welfare Society. They lived at 1245 N. Hamline, across the street from Como Park. He was adoped by the Iverson family who lived in Badger, MN. The siblings were invited to attend his HS graduation, which was the first time they saw each other since he left the 'home.' Clarence joined the Navy after graduation and served 4 years.
He lived at various locations in MN, ND and spent one summer with his brother Curtis in Iowa City in 1966. That Fall he moved Glenwood IA and worked with his other brother, Robert. It was at this time that he met and married his wife and had a son named Scott Iverson.
In 1969 Clarence was a passanger in the back seat of a car involved in a Car/Train accident. He and the wife of the driver were killed immediately.
The whereabouts of Scott Iverson is unknown but will be a part of this search.

He was married to Barbara ? in Dec 1967. Barbara ? was born. Clarence (Stoppel) IVERSON and Barbara ? had the following children:
