25. Alvin Lenard ASH ⁽¹⁾⁽²⁾ was born on 15 Jul 1897 in Morocco, Indiana-Newton Co.. He resided in 1939 in Roy, New Mexico. He resided in 1968 in Carlsbad, New Mexico. He died on 4 Dec 1968 in Carlsbad, New Mexico, Eddy Co.. A. L. Ash

Funeral services for A. L. Ash of 1306 W. Bonbright St. will be held Thursday at 3:30 p.m. at Carpenter Denton Chapel with Dr. J. H. L. McAllister of the United Methodist church officiating. He died in a local hospital today.
Ash was born in Indiana. He married Minerva Gay in 1934 at Boise City, Oklahoma , (Cimmaron Co.) They moved to Carlsbad in 1938 where Ash helped with the concrete work in the first power plant for the potash industry in Carlsbad.
He was a retired concrete finisher. Ash was a member of the United Methodist church and Men's Fellowship of United Methodist church.
He is survived by his widow Minerva Ash of Carlsbad and one son, Mark Ash of Carlsbad.

He was married to Mineva GAY (daughter of William Henry GAY and Nancy Eudoxia HARGRAVE) on 29 Nov 1934 in Boise City, Cimmaron Co. , Oklahoma. Mineva GAY ⁽¹⁾⁽²⁾ was born on 13 Mar 1913. She died in Jul 1987 in Carlsbad, Eddy Co., New Mexico. Alvin Lenard ASH and Mineva GAY had the following children:
